Overview
GridMind ("the App") is a mobile puzzle game developed by AMG Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
Information stored locally on your device
- Game progress, settings, statistics, and generated puzzles are stored locally on your device. GridMind also stores anonymous usage statistics on your device (such as when you open the app, complete puzzles, and change settings) to help us improve the app. This data is stored locally only and is never transmitted to any server or third party.
Anonymous usage analytics
- We record anonymised event data such as screens visited, games started and completed, hints used, settings changed, and streak activity. This data is stored locally on your device and also sent to Firebase Analytics (a Google service) for the developer to review aggregate usage trends. No personal information is included in these events. Firebase Analytics data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.
- We do not require account creation or sign-in.
- We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or files.
Third-Party Services
Firebase Analytics (Google) - We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics. No personally identifiable data is sent. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
Data Retention
All data is stored locally on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear app data.
Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Data Security
Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, there is no risk of server-side data breach.
